Your metal casting parts are meticulously hand-finished by experienced technicians with vibrate tumblers, bead/sand blasting, hand-cleaning, and polishing.

Finishing includes such steps as cutting off the gating where metal enters the mold and removing the flashing that occurs naturally at the mold joints. Subsequent grit blasting removes the thin oxide skin found on all zinc alloy castings giving the parts a finished, uniform appearance prior to plating and/or painting.
